In the University of Sindh Jamshoro, the center of Environmental science came into being in the year 2000. Respected Professor Ubaidullah Abbasi was the founder of the center of Environmental Sciences.

The Environment matters are at the center of the political and economic areas and are at the top of the development agenda of every country in the world. This is the outcome of a rising global concern about the protection of the environment. In last few centuries, the world has witnessed a rapid but uneven economic development. The goal of the center of Environmental Science in the University of Sindh is to provide the Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in environmental studies is to train students to become proficient in the natural and physical sciences, as well as to be aware of social and cultural influences upon environmental problems that are our society is facing nowadays.

Mr. Yar Muhammad Khawar was the first director of the center of Environmental science, after the completion of his tenure, Professor Ubaidullah Abbasi became the second director of the center of Environmental science, and he was also the founder of the Center of Environmental science as well. Professor Mushtaq Ahmed Balouch was the third director of the center of Environmental science; Dr. Ghulam Murtaza Mastoi was the fourth director of the center of Environmental science and after his completion of his tenure Dr. Ghulam Murtaza Mastoi who was serving as the director of CES was sent back to his parent department of Chemistry, and finally Professor Dr. khalida Faryral Almani is the fifth director of the center of Environmental science, basically Dr. khalida Faryal Almani belongs to the Department of Pharmacy from the University of Sindh Jamshoro.

Being an interdisciplinary field of knowledge, the scope of the center of Environmental science is to provide all the information to the students and to train them very well in the field of Environmental science, Environmental science includes programs with multidisciplinary scope in which the graduates will learn to address the challenges of maintenance of environmental integrity for sustainable development in relation to human activities.  Environmental Scientists are needed more than ever by industry, government and society. The Environmental Science degree brings together information from a wide range of subjects to explore some of the most important threats facing the world, such as climate change, pollution, conservation and food security. The environmental Science degree is broadly based with its roots in biology (giving you an understanding of organisms, their environments and their communities), chemistry (providing an understanding of many natural environmental processes and pollution), and earth sciences giving you a background in global processes and land and water resource management as well as deepening your scientific knowledge.
The teaching faculty comprises on Khalida Faryal Almani, professor and director of the CES, Mahar Amanullah, Lecturer, and Assistant Professor Habibullah Abbasi one visiting scholar and five other Teaching Assistants.

In the center of Environmental science there is the good atmosphere provided for the students to study in a good manner, proper labs, wide and well settled classes and seminar, all equipment and apparatus are provided to the students for the practical work.  The center has the strength of 400 students including the students or M.A previous.

Many of the students have pass out from the center of Environmental science and has become very well teachers of the general science in different schools, meanwhile many of the students from the center of Environmental science have got jobs in H.D.A and W.A.S.A, also a very brilliant student from the center of Environmental science, Ali Muhammad Rind after passing out from the center of Environmental science got job in the “ Environmental Protection Industry” and gradually by time become the Assistant Director of the Industry, hence the center of environmental science is performing a well role in the University of Sindh jamshoro and serving students in a very good manner.

Hyderabad Drama Industry

Drama, a composition in verse or prose intended to portray life or character or to tell a story usually involving conflicts and emotions through action and dialogue and typically designed for theatrical performance, dramas nowadays usually plays on television intend to provide entertainment to the audience and viewers, mostly the ladies are more likely to watch dramas then men. Where we discuss about Pakistani Drama Industry, it can be clearly seen that as much promotions and appreciation Pakistani dramas are getting worldwide nothing is going on peak like that. Pakistani Drama Industry is famous because of its brilliant actors, stories and sequence. Pakistani dramas are mostly based on emotions, love, lesson and tragedies.

In Pakistan, Drama Industry is gaining more popularity day by day because the demand has been increased. But where we talk about the scope of Drama Industry in Hyderabad, so the dark sides can be seen clearly, because Hyderabad is a small city and no production houses are available here, Hyderabad by own do not have any proper production house from where Dramas of good caliber could produce. Some channels of Hyderabad like Mehran T.V, KTN, Sindh T.V and Dharti are still making low budget dramas intend to provide entertainment but because of their low caliber and weak story board people of Hyderabad does not prefer to watch their dramas on daily basis like other Dramas on aired by Geo Entertainment, Hum Sitary, ARY Entertainment,  However Hyderabad has contributed its parts in Drama Industry by providing well known artists from here, like Hyderabad has given many brilliant directors, well skilled writers and well trained actors to the Drama Industry of Pakistan. Many drama productions comes to Hyderabad for shooting here, to use locations and places but where we talk about Hyderabad own Drama Industry all we can see that, backwardness from the field.

In the list of Writers , Abdul Qadir Junejo, Shaukat Hussain Shoro, Mehmood Hussain Mughal, Agha Rafique and Zaid Sindhi are from Hyderabad, who have written many dramas and performed their best role for the Pakistani Drama Industry because the scope in Hyderabad was quite narrow, and in the list of Directors Hyderabad has given well-known personalities like Hameed Halepoto, Haroon Rind, Farooq Rind who also contributed their best part for the success of Pakistani Dramas, and where we talk about actors, Hyderabad has given brilliant actors to the drama industry about whom mostly everyone knows like Yasir Shoro, Aiman khan, Minal Khan, Humayun Zafar and fariha Shams. When there was no such scope of Televisions so people of Hyderabad mostly went to theaters or used to listen Audio Dramas of radio, Stage dramas or Theater dramas at that time was very popular in Hyderabad because there was no other way to get entertainment so people used to turn toward theaters for watching Stage Dramas like, “Moat Ka Dhuan” which held in Dialdas Club in the year 1989 the story was on anti-narcotics, motive of this drama was to aware the public as through drama.

Another Stage Drama was played with the name “Sannata” in the same year at Open Air Theater. Anwar Husain, Mehmood Siddiqui, Shameem Jahan and Tahir Rizvi were the writers of Stage Dramas at that time era of 1960-64. Where the audio dramas of radio on aired long time before these Stage Dramas. In the year 1995 Radio Dramas Started in Hyderabad with the name “Jashn-e-Tamseel”, “Anwar Mian Ke Han” was another radio drama but that was on aired 1980’s. In the starting year of Pakistan these were some resources which people of Pakistan had, people used to listen Radio Dramas regularly and went to theaters for entertainment and their time pass. Binish Saleemi, Muhammad Ali Rizvi, Muzaffar Hussain Josh and Muhammad Umar Muhajir were the writers of Radio Dramas. The Radio Dramas were produced by Abdul Qayoom, Mehmood Siddique, Hassan Kazmi, Ibrahim Shaikh, Sohail Malik and Iliyas Raza. The Voice Artists who worked in Radio Dramas were Haroon, Qamar Anjum, Syed Majid Ali, Razia Naqvi, Umer Daraz and Hassan Zaki Kazmi, by their beautiful voices people get entertained of that time period but gradually the heights of Radio Dramas and Theaters drama also has finished. So today in the year 2016 Hyderabad do not have any proper production house for drama or nor these Radio Dramas and Theater Dramas are working in Hyderabad because they have finished their scope form Hyderabad completely.

As a result of his splendid drawing abilities, one day Imran chose to begin his studies again in the field of architecture, yet he was from a lower class family and could not bear the expenses, so he started working on a medical store in his area as an ordinary helper. Imran worked there day and night to gather enough sum for his college affirmation. After a long battle and diligent work, he moved on to Mehran University of Engineering and substantiated himself as the best architect engineer of Hyderabad by contributing his construction modeling abilities in the places like Royal Taj Restaurant Hyderabad and Dolmen Mall Karachi.

 Imran is not only an architect engineer but he is also an interior designer. He does not just form houses, he makes them proper homes. Imran’s most creative ability is that he uses delightful wood carvings and wall carvings in his every project which attracts lot of people towards his work. He always uses antique designs and classical old designs in his every masterpiece. In present days, people take Hyderabad defense society as the prospectus of his architecture skills. Beside this, Imran has its own particular group for his each task which helps him in planning and dealing with his entire site. Imran's reasoning and creative ability is unique and he utilizes them as a part of his present life for giving his earnest attempts in the field.

Imran Shah has settled a small institute in his own house to train boys and girls, how to improve their skills of drawing, how to make maps and designs impressive for masses. However by his classes, he makes them better and creative through his brilliant skills of teachings. He is the only architect engineer of Hyderabad who is giving training in Hyderabad in the field of architecture along with his work. Parental abuse & drug addiction
Parental abuse and drug addiction are two main flaws of the society whose rate is increasing at the gallop in our surrounding.
Parental abuse by children, This abuse is a harmful act by teenage child intend to gain power and control over a parent, this abuse can be of any type, it can be physical, psychological or financial, physical abuse includes hitting, pushing, slapping and punching, it is the most visible form of abusing. Whereas drug addiction in youth is also very common nowadays which is the main reason behind all social evil.
In the area of Hyderabad unit # 8 at siddique plaza a tragic incident occurs , where a 20 years old boy named Tahir came to his home after a high dose of drug intake & starts beating up his mother in a tyrannic way in the demand for more money to fulfill his drug addiction. This incident came into being at the time of 2am due to a high dose of drug, according to the resources the victim lady admitted to the civil hospital Hyderabad at medicinal ward 3 in badly wounded and bruised condition. This is not a single case that happened, the ratio of these type of cases getting increased rapidly. A large scale of studies suggest that 14% of parents are physically abused by their children. In this term we include all like, criticizing, creating fear, running away from home, moreover stealing things from home. Both boys and girls are capable of abusing their parents. Some studies found that boys are more likely to be physically abusive than girls where mothers are the most common victims. However, parental abuse and drug addiction in very young boys and girls is also raising its head which is also the main cause behind the activities like parental abuse, child abuse, misbehavior  and other academic issues, because the drugs like weed, hash, cocaine are easily available and in the reach of every teenager of the society. Parents should take proper care of their children that in which type of activities they are involved and in which kind of gathering they are spending their time, because these type of addictions and bad habits children gets from out of their parent’s range, if there is lack of concentration and attention by the side of parents on their children, they will start adopting the bad habits from their circle. As a society, we need to take collective responsibility for our children. Although parents play a major role in their child’s development there are other influences on children.  Parents however responsible when situations go wrong!
