Parveen Siyal was born in Kotri . She was senior teacher in Govt Girls Secondary School now she take retirement from her job in 2015. She was Drawing teacher in Kotri. She done Masters in Fine Arts. She also work in Hyderabad Board Office. She was all rounder she taught students Sindhi, Urdu, English. She also taught many female Quran Sharef.
Ques#1 :Why did you choose to become a teacher? What do you hope to accomplish?
Ans: Firstly I don't want to be a teacher in my past my aim was to be an Engineer but Fine Arts was God gifted towards me and I was good in this field so then I decided to teach students drawing.
Ques#2: How you many manage your work and your family? What kind of difficulties you had to face in your past?
Ans: Yes there was many difficulties in that time when I got married in my early age there was new environment and face some problems but my family supported me and then I manage everything. I didn't mixup both my work and my family then I manage properly.
Ques#3: Which qualities you think make a good teacher?
Ans: There are many qualities to make a good teacher but as for me the two most important qualities are punctuality and patience. A teacher who always appears in timely manner is a good example for her/his students to follow. One more important quality is to make good relationship with other teachers and non-teaching staff.
Ques#4 What kind of work you had done in BISE Hyderabad?
Ans:I was assigned there to check the papers of students for that they requested me because my colleagues and faculty staff trust me. I also respect them and and used to be co-operative with them.
Ques#5: As a drawing teacher how you bring colors in your students life means how you attract them towards this subject?
Ans : Its depend on every student how they participate in class but when I teach them I make 1st good impression towards students as they listen to me and then I teach the value of subject Fine arts how its value in our life and bring colors. Mostly girls took interest in drawing as compare to boys.
Ques #6: How funds are transferred between students of your school?
Ans: Funds are transferred between students in a fair way as they deserve. We distributes books freely towards students and also cash for activities are transfers to students who all well deserving and want to study we also give free tuitions to students. .
Ques #7: People said about you that you were all rounder? Can you share this with us?
Ans: Yes people call me all rounder because I not only teach students Drawing subject but also taught Sindhi very well and Urdu was my mother tongue and with this I also taugt many female Quran Sharef. Thats why they call me all rounder.
Ques #8: As a Girls School teacher how you adviced the girls that what should they follow?
Ans: I am also mother of one daughter so I suggest my all students and think that they all are my daughters that they should be bold and active because this is modern Era and girls have equal right they should follow our great females leader like Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah who sacrifise their life for democracy in straight
